These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Manifestation Bank iOS application ("the App"), provided by Dannielle Healy ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Standard Apple EULA
This App is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which you can review at:

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the standard Apple EULA.
Subscriptions
Manifestation Bank offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Manifestation Bank+", which unlocks premium features such as deposits, scheduled deposits, and additional manifestation tools.
- Monthly plan: $4.99 per month, billed monthly.
- Annual plan: $29.99 per year, billed annually.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price you originally agreed to.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
- No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period; however, you may choose not to renew.
- Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the App.
No Financial Advice
Manifestation Bank is a personal motivation and journaling tool. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the App should be construed as such. Any figures you enter (goals, "deposits") are symbolic entries for personal manifestation practice and are not linked to any real bank account or financial institution.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality within the App are owned by Dannielle Healy and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
